Research on Application of DRGs in Hospital Performance Evaluation and Management

Abstract

Abstract: Diagnosis Related Groups (DRGs)as an advanced payment method of medical insurance， which has been adoptedwidely by our country in recent years. Its purpose is to control medical expenses， optimize hospital performance evaluation and management.In the article，we studied the management mode of DRGs evaluation index and the information system support， supervision process and DRGs infrastructure in the hospital performance evaluation and management system are deeply analyzed and studied， draw lessons from American and German advanced mode， put forward effective suggestion for our country DRGs to implement in an all-round way.
