Observation on the Application of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in Wound Healing after Mixed Hemorrhoid Surgery

Abstract

Objective： To investigate the effect of buzhong yiqi decoction on wound healing after mixed hemorrhoid surgery. Methods： From December 2022 to December 2025， 100 patients after mixed hemorrhoids surgery were selected as the research subjects. The patients were divided into two groups using the random number table method， with 50 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment and the study group received conventional treatment combined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction). Results： After treatment the TCM syndrome scores [main symptoms （1.32±0.11）， secondary symptoms （0.92±0.16）] and anal function indexes [anal canal systolic pressure （114.19±10.24）mmHg， anal canal resting pressure （39.02±5.07）mmHg， Wexner constipation score （11.06±2.18）] in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Wound healing conditions [bleeding score （0.59±0.14）， secretion score （0.80±0.23）， healing time （20.40±4.64） d] and wound healing factor levels [bFGF （67.23±10.03）ng·L-1， VEGF （115.15±18.42）ng·L-1， PDGF（57.08±12.17）ng·L-1] in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The inflammatory factor levels [IL-6 （45.20±8.33）μg·L-1， hs-CRP（16.53±3.34）mg·L-1] and incidence of complications rate (2.00%) in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion： Buzhong yiqi decoction can improve anal function， inflammatory factors level and TCM syndrome scores of patients after mixed hemorrhoid surgery， and has positive significance for wound repair.
