Research Progress on Adverse Reactions of Donepezil

Abstract

Abstract: Donepezil is one of the second-generation specific reversible central acetylcholinesterase inhibitors (AChEIs). It iswidely applicatedin the treatment of Alzheimer′s disease (AD)， vascular dementia and other diseases in clinical practice.In order to provide a scientific basis for clinical applications， this articlesummarized the adverse reactions of donepezil.By reviewing the relevant literature in recent years，it was foundthat the adverse reactions of donepezil weremainly gastrointestinal reactions， arrhythmias and mental disorders.
