摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：根据临床研究文献,采用 Meta 分析法综合评价葛根素与复方丹参注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：计算机检索 CNKI、中文科技期刊全文数据库、万方数据库2000 年至2012 年期间发表的有关葛根素和复方丹参注射液的临床随机对照研究,采用 RevMan5.0软件,对入选的国内9篇有关葛根素与复方丹参注射液对照治疗急性脑梗死的研究文献进行综合定量分析。结果：Meta 分析结果显示,葛根素注射液组治疗急性脑梗死的疗效[OR =4.27,( 95%CI 2.67,6.83 ), P <0.00001]明显高于对照组。结论：葛根素注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效高于复方丹参注射液,但葛根素注射液的临床有效性尚需要更多高质量的临床随机对照研究来进行证实。

Abstract: Objective: To conduct a meta-analysis on the clinical trails of puerarin injection and compound salvia miltiorrhizae injection for acute cerebral infarction and to evaluate its outcome. Methods: The related literature concerning the clinical trials of puerarin injection and compound salvia miltiorrhizae injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction published domestically between 2000 and 2012 were retrieved. Meta analysis on the selected literature was conducted by means of Review Manager 5.0 software. Results : A total of 9 clinical trials were included in our study. As compared with the control group, puerarin injection has a higher total effective rate with the odds ratio at 4.27 and 95% confidence interval at 2.67~6.83 (P <0.00001). Conclusion: Puerarin injection has a better curative effect on acute cerebral infarction than compound salvia miltiorrhizae injection. However, the results should be interpreted with caution because of the quantity and sample size of the included trials. More high quality studies are needed to further prove the results.
