摘要: 目的:优化北豆根总生物碱纯化工艺条件。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定北豆根总生物碱含量,优选大孔吸附树脂最佳纯化分离工艺。结果:AB-8型大孔吸附树脂柱对北豆根总生物碱最大吸附量为0.7 g/g(药材量∶树脂湿重),平均洗脱率66.56%,平均总生物碱转移率为 63.49%,最终产品的生物碱纯度达到 70.79%。结论:AB-8型大孔吸附树脂可用于纯化北豆根总生物碱,该方法简便可行。

Abstract: Objective: To optimize the purification technology of total alkaloids in rhizoma menispermi. Methods: Using the content of total alkaloids as the index determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometric, and the optimum purification process was determined by resin.Results: Each gram of AB-8 resin could absorb 0.7 g/g of the total alkaloids,and the desorption ratio was 66.56%.The transfer rate of total alkaloids was 63.49%.The product purity of total alkaloids was 70.79%.Conclusion: The AB-8 resin can be used for purificating total alkaloids from rhizoma menispermi and the established procedure is simple and feasible.
