摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：运用综合干预措施对临床使用抗菌药物进行管理。方法：选择住院患者抗菌药物用药频度(DDDs)、住院患者抗菌药物使用率等指标对2011～2012年住院患者抗菌药物使用情况进行调查。结果：住院患者抗菌药物使用强度从2011年第一季度74DDD下降到2012年第四季度38DDD，住院患者抗菌药物使用率从2011年第一季度75.7%下降到2012年第四季度35.3%，其中Ⅰ类切口预防用抗菌药物从2011年第一季度68.1%下降到2012年第四季度19%，差异有统计学意义。结论：通过有效的干预措施，我院抗菌药物临床应用各项指标均达到国家要求。

Abstract: Objective: Using comprehensive intervention measures to supervise and control the clinical use of antibiotics. Methods: As the frequency and rate of antibiotics (defined daily doses) usage like index to investigate the antibiotics use in hospitalized patients from 2011 to 2012. Results: Among 2011 to 2012 in hospitalized patients, antibiotics use density was decreased from 74DDD to 38DDD, and the rates of antibiotics usage were fell from 75.7% to 35.3%, in which usage of antibiotics to prevention on typeⅠ incision were decreased from 68.1%to 19%, all of these show statistically significant difference. Conclusion: Adopting effective intervention measures to administration of antibiotics in clinical usage, can make all indexes meet the national requirements.
