近红外光谱技术在中成药质量控制中的应用进展

摘要: 中成药传统质量控制方法一般采用TLC鉴别、HPLC含量测定等方法进行。但这些方法一般需要耗费很长的时间,较为繁琐。近红外技术以其检测时间短、灵敏度高、无需对样品进行复杂处理等优点越来越多的被用到药品的质量控制上,特别是中成药质量控制。本文在介绍了近红外光谱技术的原理及其应用现状的基础上,对该技术在中成药质量控制中的应用进行了综述。

Abstract: The TLC and HPLC technology were used to be controlled traditional Chinese medicine quality .However,these methods often take a long time.The Near Infrared(NIR) has been applied more and more to quality control of medicine, especially in traditional Chinese medicine.On the basis of describing the theory of NIR and application status,this study summarized the application of NIR for evaluating chinese traditional patent medicine quality.
