摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的分析清开灵注射液不良反应发生的原因与规律,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性研究方法,对湘西土家族苗族自治州2010年1月-2013年5月收集的63例清开灵注射液不良反应报告进行分析。结果多数不良反应发生在用药后30分钟内(82.54%)；临床表现以皮肤及其附件损害最多(31.15%)。结论临床应加强清开灵注射液的合理用药,尽量减少和避免不良反应的发生。

Abstract: Objective By analyzing the relevant factor and regularity of adverse drug reaction(ADR) of Qingkailing injection in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture,to provide reference for rational use of drug.Methods 63 ADR reports of Qingkailing injection collected by Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture for ADR Monitoring from January 2010 to Mary 2013 were analyzed using retrospective study method.Results Among the 63 reports of Qingkailing injection,most of the adverse reactions were happened in 30 minutes; Skin and appendages disorders appeared most frequently.Conclusion Clinical should strengthen the rational drug use of Qingkailing injection, To reduce and avoid the occurrence of ADR.
