Abstract: By retrieving it in Adverse Drug Reactions Journal and Chinese Journal Full Database, using the research methods in regression and setting the scope of Chinese medicine: Traditional Chinese medicine. There are 9 related literatures collected which reflect the adverse reactions on anaphylactic shock of Nonprescription Chinese medicine using in influenza, involving 2 pieces of Nonprescription Chinese medicine adverse reaction occurred, including Shuanghuanglian Mixture and Huoxiang Zhengqi Shui. By organizing and analyzing the data, conclusions were be drawn that Nonprescription drugs are characterized by clear efficacy, relative safe, convenient and low toxicity, but its situation of adverse reactions and the concept of safe medication should be valued.
