Abstract: 【】 A 84-year-old female patient with osteoporosis, thoracolumbar compression fractures received Shenmai Injection 40 ml, once daily. Three days later, the patient presented with chills wheeze palpitations, flustered. Moreover, her blood pressure was 200/95 mm hg, her heart rate was 153 beats/min. Drug-induced acute left ventricular failure was diagnosed. Diprophylline, methylprednisolone, deslanoside, amiodarone were given, but the symptoms of patient were failed to ease. After transferred to the ICU, she was treated with propafenone hydrochloride, Fructose Diphosphate sodium, Diprophylline, thymosin, her conditions improved.
