摘要/Abstract

摘要： 血友病患者的用药依从性因其对患者健康产出的显著影响而逐渐被人们所重视。然而,在血友病领域,测量患者用药依从性的方法即使是在欧美发达国家也缺乏系统的研究及行业公认的测量标准,从而使患者用药依从性研究相对滞后。本文的研究目的是对目前国外测量血友病病人用药依从性的文章进行系统回顾分析,借鉴其他疾病领域的用药依从性研究经验,探索准确测量血友病病人用药依从性的方法。世界卫生组织推荐对于患者用药依从性的测量,需结合病人自测和用药品记录客观测量的方法准确和全面的测量患者用药依从性。国内目前对血友病患者药物依从性的研究几乎为零,了解国外血友病患者药物依从性研究前沿可以从一个新的角度促进我国医疗工作者对血友病的有效治疗。

Abstract: Adherence to hemophilia treatment, especially prophylaxis regimen, is increasingly recognized as an important factor that influences patient’s health outcomes. However, the medication adherence to hemophilia treatment regimen has not been systematically measured in clinical settings and research on adherence is hampered by a lack of standardized criteria. This paper reviewed the current studies on adherence to medication for hemophilia as well as other diseases and explored the possibility of accurately measuring the treatment adherence among persons with hemophilia. WHO recommends a combination of self-reporting and objective measure when assessing medication adherence. The selection of a useful adherence measurement in hemophilia area is difficult, due to the lack of gold standards for assessing adherence level and identifying clinically important differences in adherence rates. Currently, study about the medication adherence of Hemophilia patients is zero in China and hence, a review of the frontier studies is helpful for caregivers to learn about the treatment in Hemophilia from a new perspective.
