Abstract: Network Meta-analysis(NMA) is an extension of the traditional Meta-analysis， and it is used to assess the clinical effectiveness of three or more than three interventions. This study aims to summarize the definition，basic assumptions， statistical analysis and software， writing and reporting on using NMA， in order to attract more attention of researchers and promote the methodological development of NMA.
