摘要: 目的:建立药用辅料抛射剂二甲醚含量测定的气相色谱方法,为该品种药用辅料标准的拟定提供参考。方法:通过气体进样阀进样,以氢气为载气,检测器为热导型,采用面积归一化法进行二甲醚含量的测定。结果:多次测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.83%(n=3),二甲醚的含量为99.8%,其和相邻杂质峰的分离度及塔板数都满足要求。结论:该方法快速、简便,可用于抛射剂二甲醚的含量测定。

Abstract: Objective: To establish the method for the content determination of dimethyl ether propellant, which can provide guidance for the pharmaceutical excipients standards. Methods: Area normalization method was used to determine of dimethyl ether with carrier hydrogen, thermal conduction detector. Results: The content of dimethyl ether is 99.8%, with RSD=0.83% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is rapid and simple for the content determination of dimethyl ether propellant.
