摘要： 目的：以野葛中主要异黄酮的含量为指标探讨河南野葛质量评价方法。方法：采用HPLC法测定不同产地野葛中葛根素大豆苷、大豆苷元的含量，ODSHYPERSIL色谱柱(4.6 mm?250 mm，5 μm)；乙腈-水梯度洗脱；柱温30 ℃；流速0.8 mL/min；检测波长250 nm。结果：葛根素、大豆苷、大豆苷元分别在0.1632～1.3056、0.0700～0.5632、0.004796～0.03837 μg 内线性关系良好；平均回收率分别为101.51%，98.08%，101.04%；相对标准偏差（RSD）分别为1.11%、1.35%、2.12%；结论：本实验建立的方法简便、准确、重复性好，可以用于河南不同产地野葛的质量评价。

Abstract: Objective： To evaluate the quality of radix puerariae lobatae in different origin of Henan province based on the contents of main isoflavones in it.Methods： Establish a method of HPLC for quantitative determination of puerarin，daidzin and daidzein in radix puerariae lobatae. The procedure of HPLC was performed on the chromatographic column of ODS HYPERSIL(4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm)， and the mobile phase in the gradient elution program was acetonitrile-water.The column temperature was 30 ℃， the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min， and the detection wavelength was 250 nm. Results：The three compounds showed good linear relationship within the range of 0.1632～1.3056，0.0700～0.5632 and 0.004796～0.03837 μg. The average recovery were 101.51%(RSD=1.11%)，98.08% (RSD=1.35%) ， 101.04%(RSD=2.12%) respectively. Conclusion： The method is easy and accurate with higher repeatability， which can be used in the quality control of radix puerariae lobatae.
