摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着近年血脂异常患者逐渐增加,高脂血症备受关注。现代药理学证实,传统中药小檗碱具有温和的降血脂作用,其作用机制独特,毒副作用小,临床不良反应少,且价低易得,具有现有降脂类药物不可比拟的优势。本文就小檗碱的降血脂药理作用、作用机制、药代动力学、毒理学及临床应用方面进行概括性综述,结果表明小檗碱治疗高脂血症药效明确,毒副作用小,在高脂血症及相关疾病的治疗中前景广阔。

Abstract: With the number of blood lipid disorders patients increasing, numerous studies focused on the hyperlipidemia disease. Recent pharmacology studies indicates that berberine, a traditional Chinese medicine, has a goodS cholestorel-lowering activity, unique mechanism of action, low toxic, mild clinicalS adverse events, low cost of treatment and more advantages than the other hypolipidemic drugs. This review summarizes the current research data of pharmacodynamics, mechanisms, pharmacokinetics, toxicology and clinical use. These results indicate that berberine is a effective hypolipidemic drug with good safety and suggest the potential use of berberine for the treatment of hyperlipidemia and other metabolic syndromes.
