住院药房提高药学服务的临床观察

摘要: 【】目的 探究新的住院药房服务模式与传统的住院药房服务模式的疗效差异。方法 分析比较我院2012年1月~2013年5月期间予以不同药学服务模式治疗的300例高血压患者的临床资料差异性。结果 采用新的住院药房服务模式实验组(n=150例)较采用传统住院药房服务模式的对照组(n=150例),在血压控制情况、用药的依从性、对药物的了解情况、对医疗服务的满意程度及生活质量上均明显高于对照组,在药物使用不良反应事件的发生率上明显低于对照组,p<0.05,差异存统计学意义。结论 新的住院药学服务模式(“全程化技术服务”药学服务模式)能提高药物治疗的安全性、有效性,提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract: 【】Objective to investigate the differences in efficacy between the new hospital pharmacy service model and the traditional hospital pharmacy service model. Method to compare the differences in the clinical data from the hypertensive patients who was treated with different pharmaceutical cares from January 2012 to May 2013 in our hospital. Results The experimental group (n=150) which was treated with the new hospital pharmacy service was better than the controlled group (n=150) which was treated with the traditional hospital pharmacy service in blood pressure controlling, medication compliance, understanding of the drugs, satisfaction with the medical services and the quality of life. The incidence of adverse events of the drugs in experiment group was significantly lower than the control group. The results indicated a statistically significant difference, p<0.05. Conclusion The new hospital pharmacy service model (Whole technological service) can improve medication safety, effectiveness and the quality of life of patients.
