摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：建立以紫外-可见分光光度法测定双嘧达莫片含量均匀度的不确定度评定方法。方法：用紫外-可见分光光度法测定双嘧达莫片含量均匀度；通过建立数学模型，分析测量结果的不确定度，对含量均匀度测定过程中的各影响因素进行分析评定。结果：通过计算各分量的不确定度，合成不确定度，最终得出扩展不确定度。结论：该实验为紫外-可见分光光度法测定双嘧达莫片含量均匀度的不确定度评定提供科学依据和方法支持。

Abstract: Objective:To establish a method for uncertainty analysis about the content uniformity by ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy of dipyridamole Tablets. Methods: The dipyridamole tablets content uniformity was established by the ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy, to analyze and assess each influence factors in the progress of the content uniformity determination, by establishing a mathematic model and analysis the uncertainty of measurement results. Results: Calculating the various components of uncertainty, combined uncertainty, and ultimately comes to the expanded uncertainty. Conclusion: This experiment provides a scientific basis and methodology support for the uncertainty of dipyridamole tablets content uniformity by using ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy determination.
