摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：探讨红花黄色素注射液所致药品不良反应的规律和特点，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：对1996～2013年国内公开报道的红花黄色素注射液所致药品不良反应94例进行统计、分析。结果：红花黄色素注射液所致药品不良反应临床表现主要为免疫系统损害，且大多发生在用药30 min内。结论：临床医师应重视红花黄色素注射液的药品不良反应，尽可能减少和避免其不良反应的发生。

Abstract: Objective： To study the regulation and characteristics of adverse drug reaction(ADR) induced by safflower yellow injection and to provide reference for rational use of drugs.Methods：94 ADR cases induced by safflower yellow injection publicly reported in domestic medical journals from 1996 to 2013 were analyzed statistically.Results： Main clinical manifestations of safflower yellow injection inducing ADR were the disorders of skin and appendants damage. ADR mostly occurred within 30min.Conclusion： Clinical physician should pay attention to ADR induced by safflower yellow injection to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR.
