布比卡因注射液致不良反应文献分析

Literature Analysis of Adverse Drug Reactions Induced by Bupivacaine Injection

摘要: 目的 分析布比卡因注射液致药品不良反应的特点和规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 以“布比卡因”、“不良反应”等关键词检索中国期刊全文数据库、维普资讯网和万方数据库文献,截至2013年12月共检索到涉及布比卡因注射液致不良反应病例56例,对报告进行统计与分析。结果 布比卡因注射液所致不良反应可发生于各个年龄段,多在用药10 min内发生。其不良反应可累及多个系统和器官,主要表现为心血管系统损害、中枢神经系统、呼吸系统和全身性损害等。结论 布比卡因注射液所致不良反应多在短时间内发生,应加强临床用药监测,防范不良反应的发生。目前国内说明书存在不良反应信息提示不足的情况,建议相关部门对说明书进行修改和完善。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reactions ( ADR ) induced by Bupivacaine injection and provide basis for clinical rational drug use. Methods With "Bupivacaine","adverse drug reaction" as Keywords, retrieved literatures from CHKI,CQVIP and Wanfang database as of December 2013,232 cases of ADR by Bupivacaine injection were statistically analyzed.Results The ADRs induced by Bupivacaine injection could occur at all ages with a higher incidence of within 10 minutes after administration.ADR involved multiple systems and organs.The main clinical manifestation represented as cardiovascular system(28.10%),central nervous system(26.64%), respiratory system(14.60%) and systemic damage(11.31%),there may be serious death.Conclusion ADR induced by Bupivacaine injection occured mostly in a short period of time. The clinical application should be monitored closely to prevent the occurrence of adverse reactions.The domestic drug package inserts are lack of warnings for ADR information.It is suggested that related administration departments should revise and improve the drug package inserts of Bupivacaine injection.
