摘要/Abstract

摘要： 【摘要】目的：探讨阿立哌唑、齐拉西酮、利培酮对女性精神分裂症患者卵泡刺激素和黄体生成素的影响。方法：收集本院2012年7月至2013年9月首发确诊女性精神分裂症患者180例，分为阿立哌唑组、利培酮组，齐拉西酮组，每组各60例，治疗前及治疗后1个月、3个月及6个月检测卵泡刺激素和黄体生成素水平。结果:治疗前后三种药物的卵泡刺激素和黄体生成素没有明显变化（P>0.05）。结论:阿立哌唑、齐拉西酮、利培酮对女性精神分裂症患者的卵泡刺激素和黄体生成素没有明显影响。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effects of Aripiprazone Ziprasidone and Risperidone on Follicle Stimulating Hormone and Luteinizing Hormone of female schizophrenias . Method: 180 schizophrenia patients who had not been treated with any psychotropics were included and treated with risperidone Ziprasidone and Aripiprazole in our hospital from July 2012 to September 2013,60 cases in each group.Serum FSH level and LH level were tested and measured before and after treatment．Results: There were no significant changes of the?three drugs on FSH?and LH levels? before and after treatment.(P>0.05) Conclusion: There were no significant changes of serum FSH and LH of female schizophrenias after the three antipsychotic therapy.
