9种中药注射剂联合TP治疗非小细胞肺癌的网状Meta分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： ［］目的采用网状Meta分析方法,以TP(多西他赛和顺铂)为共同干预措施比较9种中药注射剂联合TP(多西他赛和顺铂)治疗非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)的效果。方法检索Science Citation Index Expanded (SCI-EXPANDED)、EMBASE.com、PubMed、Cochrane Library、CancerLit、CNKI、VIP、CBM、Wanfang、CSCD和中国中医药等数据库,同时检索在研研究和相关学术组织网站,补充其他检索获取所有中药注射剂联合GP治疗NSCLC的随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT),按预先制定的纳入与排除标准筛选和纳入,并对纳入RCTs的质量进行质量评价,数据采用WinBugs软件进行分析。结果共纳入9种中药注射剂,78个RCTs,共5588例患者。纳入RCTs的方法学质量低,网状Meta分析结果显示：参芪扶正注射液 TP和复方苦参注射液 TP分别与康艾注射液 TP在有效率方面的差异有统计学意义,而其他注射液 GP之间的差异无统计学意义；在生活质量、恶心呕吐和白细胞减少方面,9种中药注射剂之间的差异无统计学意义。结论网状Meta分析结果提示,以TP为共同干预措施,在TP化疗方案的基础上,复方苦参注射液、鸦胆子油乳注射液和得力生注射液较其他6种中药注射液相对有效。

Abstract: ［］Objective：To the assess the clinical effects and safety of Chinese herb injection(CHI) combined GP for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer(NSCLC) based on the same intervention.Methods：The relative randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of CHI injections were searched from PubMed,EMBASE.com,Cochrane Library,Science Citation Index Expanded (SCI-EXPANDED), CancerLit,CNKI、VIP、CBM、Wanfang、CSCD and Traditional Chinese Medical Database Sytem. the related references and website were also traced. The RCTs were screened according to the predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria, the related items were used to assess the quality of RCTs, data were analyzed by WinBugs software.Results：78 RCTs including 5588 patients and nine CHI injections were finally included.the quality of included RCTs were poor.the results of network meta analysis showed that,combined with TP,there were significant difference between shenqifuzheng injection or compound matrine injection and kangai injection in efficacy in efficacy.at the same time,there were no difference between nine CHI injections in quality of life, nausea and vomiting and leukopenia.Conclusion：Based on the results of network meta analysis, based on the TP,compound matrine,yadanziyouru injection and delisheng injection was more than other six CHI injections.
