喹硫平对甲状腺功能改变与糖脂代谢的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis of Quetiapine Caused Changes on Serumthyroxine and Glucolipid Metabolism of Schizophrenia Patients

摘要: 目的:探讨喹硫平对精神分裂症患者甲状腺激素及血糖、血脂水平的影响。方法:对30例精神分裂症患者口服喹硫平治疗,观察12周。治疗前后分别测定血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺素(TSH)、空腹血糖(GLU)、胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)水平的变化,并对各因素水平变化进行相关性分析。结果:与治疗前比较,血清T3和FT3水平分别有显著降低 (P<0.01、P<0.05)。T4、FT4水平显著降低(P<0.05)。TSH变化无统计学差异。TC、TG和 GLU水平显著升高(P<0.05、P<0.01、P<0.05);T3变化与TG变化呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。FT3变化与TC变化呈正相关(P<0.05),其他因素间均无相关性。结论:喹硫平能降低精神分裂症患者甲状腺激素水平,升高血糖、血脂水平,且甲状腺激素水平与血脂代谢有一定的相关性。

Abstract: Objective:To explore the influences of quetiapine on thyroxine, blood glucose,lipid levels of schizophrenia patients. Methods: 30 schizophrenia patients took orally quetiapine for 12 weeks.Changes of thyroxine, blood glucose,lipid levels were detected before and after treatment, and analyze correlations of between factor changes. Results: T3 and FT3 were significantly decreased than before treatment (P<0.01, P<0.05). T4 and FT4 was significantly decreased (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum TSH compared with pre-treatment.TC, TG and GLU were significantly increased (P<0.05, P<0.01, P<0.05). Changes between T3 and TG were negatively correlated (P<0.05).Changes between FT3 and TC were positively correlated(P<0.05). Other facters had no correlation. Conclusion: Quetiapine could reduce thyroid, and elevated blood glucose,lipid levels of schizophrenia patients. Thyroid hormone levels had a certain correlation with blood lipid metabolism.
