摘要: 微小RNA(miRNA)是一种长约18~25个碱基的非编码小RNA,它在肝癌的发生、发展、转移过程中发挥着重要的调控作用。近年来, 发现许多miRNA调节剂在多种肿瘤中发挥治疗作用,这提示着miRNA可能作为点一个新的靶点在肝癌的分子靶向治疗中发挥重要作用。本文就微小RNA在肝癌分子靶向治疗中作用的相关进展进行报道。

Abstract: MicroRNAs (miRs),small non-coding single-stranded RNAs of 19-24 nucleotides in length, play a critical role in the initiation ,progression and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).In recent years,many kinds of miRNA regulators were discovered,and were confirmed effective in the treatment of various malignancy.These prompt that miRs could become new targets of molecular targeting treatment in HCC. This review focuses on new progress in miRs which play an important role in molecular targeting treatment of HCC.
