摘要： 目的了解社区卫生服务中心口服降压药物的临床应用情况,为合理用药提供依据。方法对2011-2013年中心口服降压药物的销售金额、用药频度、日均费用等进行统计分析。结果口服降压药物用量和销售金额逐年上升。指南推荐的各大类降压药物各年度均有应用。二氢吡啶类钙拮抗剂的销售金额和用药频度一直居于首位。2013年,各类口服降压药物销售金额及用药频度序号比值多等于或接近1.0。各年度用量排名前十位的口服降压药以长效制剂居多,平均日均费用约为2元,并有下降趋势。结论中心临床应用的口服降压药物结构合理,药品价格和患者的接受程度同步性好。

Abstract: Objective To investigate and discuss the clinical application of oral antihypertension drugs in our community health service center, and to provide evidence for rational use of drugs. Methods The sales amount, drug consumption data (presented in DDDs) and drugs daily cost (DDC) et al. of oral antihypertension drugs used in the community health service center from 2011 to 2013 were analyzed statistically. Results The sales amount and DDDs of oral antihypertension drugs increased year by year. All types of oral antihypertension drugs that recommended in guidelines, were applicated in clinic each year. The dihydropyridine calcium antagonist had always been on the very top in the last 3 years. The ratios of sequence numbers ranking by sales amount of all types of oral antihypertension drugs to that ranking by DDDs were equal or close to 1.0, in 2013. Maintaining downtrend, the average DDC of the top 10 oral antihypertension drugs ranking by the annual DDDs, in which were mainly sustained-release preparations, was about 2 yuan. Conclusion The application of oral antihypertension drugs used in clinic has rational structure. The drugs price and the acceptance of the patients had a fine synchronization.
