摘要： 回顾研究了药品不良事件信号检测中的比值失衡测定法的基本思想，综述了研究和实践中学者对比值失衡法的具体修正，提示未来的信号检测方法可能需要简单模型复杂计算的数学方法。另外，数据字典的建设和维护信号检测的基石。
Abstract: A retrospective review on disproportionality method in signal detection, carried on the induction of modification of the method, pointed out that the method with simple modeling and complex calculating, would be the proper one in pharmacovigilance in the future. In addition, the construction of the terminology is fundamental in signal detection.
