摘要: 目的:通过高效液相色谱(HPLC)法建立补骨脂药材的指纹图谱,研究不同剂量60Co-γ射线辐照对有效成分的影响。方法:利用HPLC法,以Shim-Pack VP-ODS(4.6 mm?250mm,5μm)色谱柱作为分离柱;乙腈、水为流动相作为梯度洗脱,检测波长为246nm。结果:确定了8个共有峰,不同剂量辐照前后补骨脂药材指纹图谱的相似度为0.999-1.000, 且方法学考察符合规定的标准。结论:不同剂量辐照前后补骨脂药材有效成分无明显变化。

Abstract: Objective:Establish the fingerprint of psoralea corylifolia by high performance liquid chromatography,to study the influence of different 60Co-γ irradiation doses on the effective components. Methods:Carry out the method for high performance liquid chromatography. Use Shim-Pack VP-ODS(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)column as detached dowel and a mixture of acetonitrile and water as mobile phase for gradient elution, the detection wavelength was set at 246nm. Results:Fingerprint was established with 8 common peaks, the similarity was in the range of 0.999-1.000, and methodology reached the required standard. Conclusion:The effective ingredients of fructus psoralea had no obvious change before and after 60Co-γ irradiation with different doses.
