药剂科抗菌药物合理应用的管理措施分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：探讨药剂科抗菌药物合理应用的管理措施。方法：选择2013年1月~2014年1月我院223张抗菌药物处方作为对照组,选择2014年2月~2015年2月我院245张抗菌药物处方作为研究组。对照组采取常规药剂科抗菌药物管理方法,研究组在此基础上采取强化抗菌药物管理措施。结果：研究组抗菌药物处方的不合理应用率为4.08%,显著低于对照组的14.36%(P<0.05)。结论：强化抗菌药物管理措施对药剂科抗菌药物合理应用具有显著的促进作用,是维护患者利益、提高用药安全的有效保障。

Abstract: SObjectiveS:To explore the management measures of reasonable application of antibacterials in pharmaceutical preparation section.SMethodsS:Two hundred and twenty-threepieces ofSantimicrobial prescriptions of our hospital fromSJanuary 2013 to January 2014 were selected as control group, and 245 pieces ofSantimicrobial prescriptions of our hospital fromFebruary 2014StoSFebruaryS2015 were selected as research group. The control group involvedconventional antimicrobial drugs, and the research group involvedSstrengthened rational use ofantimicrobialSdrugs.SResultsS:STheSunreasonableSutility ratioSofSantimicrobial prescriptionSin the research group wasS4.08%,significantlySlower thanS14.36% of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:SStrengthened management ofSantimicrobialSdrugs can significantly improve the rational use ofSantimicrobialSdrugs in pharmaceutical preparation section and the effectiveguaranteeSto protectSSinterest of the patientsSand improveSmedication safety.
