信息化管理系统在我院抗菌药物专项 整治活动中的应用

摘要: 目的:为提高医院抗菌药物合理应用及促进医院信息化建设提供参考。方法:以基础信息建设为依托,结合国家抗菌药物专项整治活动方案,监测抗菌药物合理使用。通过医院信息化管理系统对我院2013~2014年门诊、急诊、住院患者抗菌药物使用率及使用强度的数据抽取,进行对比分析。评价该系统对医院抗菌药物专项整治合理用药的影响。结果:信息化管理系统对我院抗菌药物专项整治活动起促进及改善作用。2013年我院门诊、急诊抗菌药物使用比例分别为13.40%、38.09%,住院患者抗菌药物使用率和使用强度(DDDs)分别为56.90%、40.23DDDs,而2014年门诊、急诊抗菌药物使用比例分别为11.15%、35.14%,住院患者抗菌药物使用率和使用强度(DDDs)分别为55.42%、38.80DDDs。结论:2013~2014年我院抗菌药物使用情况总体改善,信息化管理系统能够有效提高医院抗菌药物合理用药水平和药事管理效率。

Abstract: Objective: In order to provide reference for improving the rational use of antibacterial agents and promoting hospital information construction.Methods: According to basic information construction, the rational use of antibacterial agents has been monitored, which is combining with the program of national special rectification action of antibacterials. Usage rate and intensity of antimicrobial agents was extracted and comparative analyzed in outpatient, emergency and hospitalization from 2013-2014 by information management system.Then the effect of system on the rational use of antibacterial agents was assessed.Results: Informational management systems play a role in promoting and improving the special rectification of antibacterial agents in our hospital. The usage ratio of antibacterial-agents in outpatient and emergency was 13.40% and 38.09% respectively in 2013, and the usage rate and DDDs of antibacterial agents was 56.90%、40.23 DDDs. Meanwhile, the usage ratio in outpatient and emergency was 11.15% and 35.14% in 2014 respectively, and the usage rate and DDDs was 55.42% and 38.80 DDDs, respectively in hospitalization.Conclusion:The use of antibacterial agents has improved in general from 2013 to 2014, and information management system can effectively enhance the level of antibacterial agents use and improve the efficiency of pharmacy management.
