摘要： ［摘要］目的：建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法完成对盐酸左氧氟沙星片溶出度的测定。方法：采用Thermo Hypersil Gold C18（4.6 mm?150 mm，5 μm）色谱柱，以醋酸铵高氯酸钠溶液-乙腈（85∶15）为流动相，流速为1 mL?min-1，柱温为30 ℃，检测波长为294 nm进行测定。结果：测定盐酸左氧氟沙星溶出度的线性回归方程为Y=35601X 1268.3，r=0.9997，平均回收率为99.6%，相对标准偏差（RSD）为0.70%。结论：测定方法简单方便，准确度高，具有良好的重复性。

Abstract: [Abstract]Objective： To establish high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to achieve the determination of the dissolution rate of levofloxacin hydrochloride tablets.Methods：Thermo Hypersil Gold C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm， 5 μm) chromatographic column was adopted through the sodium perchlorate solution-ammonium acetate acetonitrile (85∶15) as mobile phase， flow rate of 1 mL?min-1， column temperature 30 ℃， detection wavelength of 294 nm.Results： The linear regression equation of levofloxacin hydrochloride dissolution rate was Y=35601X 1268.3， r=0.9997， the average recovery was 99.6%， RSD was 0.70%.Conclusion： HPLC was simple and convenient with high accuracy and well repeatability.
