摘要： ［摘要］目的：分析某院中药注射剂的应用情况，为促进中药注射剂的临床合理使用提供参考依据。方法：对某院2014年5月至2015年5月中药注射剂的药物品种、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、用药限定日费用(DDC)等进行统计分析。结果：该院中药注射剂销售金额占比最高的是理血剂，其中注射用灯盏花素、注射用红花黄色素和舒血宁注射液销售金额分别位居前三位；DDDs居前三位的是注射用灯盏花素、注射用血塞通和参麦注射液。结论：该院中药注射剂品种结构基本合理，但患者使用其日均费用较高，需要进一步加强对中药注射剂使用的监管。

Abstract: [Abstract]Objective： To analyze the utilization of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) injections in a hospital， in order to provide reference for clinical rational use of drugs. Methods：To make a statistic analysis of TCM injections used in the hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 with drugs， sales amount， frequency of drug use (DDDs) and medication defined daily cost (DDC). Results：The varieties of drugs used for blood flow showed a highest proportion， Breviscapine， safflower yellow and Shuxuening took the top three places of those. Breviscapine， Xuesaitong and shenmai took the top three places of DDDs. Conclusion：The application of TCM injections in this hospital is basically rational. However， economic burden of patients is heavy， which needs further efforts to strengthen the management.
