Abstract: [Abstract]The whole society pay more and more attention to dementia which owe to a great deal of patients， high case mortality rate and weighty economy burden. The paper introduced current cost and effect analysis methods abroad which are widely used and mature in evaluation of donepezil. We consider that the cost-effectiveness analysis of donepezil for dementia has very important practical significance in health technic appraisal and development of pharmaceutical health care.
