麻醉诱导期七氟醚与丙泊酚对自主神经功能 影响随机对照研究

Sevoflurane and Propofol Anesthesia Induction Period Randomized Evaluation Effects on Autonomic Nervous Function

摘要: [摘 要]目的:探讨麻醉诱导期七氟醚与丙泊酚对自主神经功能的影响。方法:将110例择期行手术治疗的患者随机分为两组,每组55例。A组麻醉诱导给予七氟醚,B组给予丙泊酚,观察两组各时间段血压、心率等变化情况。结果:测得A组麻醉诱导后即刻、插管即刻的呼吸频率、血压均低于麻醉前(P<0.05);测得B组麻醉诱导后即刻、插管即刻、插管后5 min的呼吸频率、血压均低于麻醉前,且水平均低于同时段A组(P<0.05)。A组麻醉诱导后即刻、插管即刻、插管后5 min的心率均低于麻醉前,麻醉诱导后即刻、插管即刻高频、低频均低于麻醉前(P<0.05);麻醉前与麻醉后各时间段高低频比值比较(P>0.05)。B组麻醉诱导后即刻至插管后即刻高频、低频均低于麻醉前,麻醉诱导后各时间段高低频比值均高于麻醉前(P<0.05)。结论:与丙泊酚相比,采用七氟醚进行麻醉诱导对患者血流动力学的影响较小,诱导相对平稳,利于手术顺利进行。

Abstract: [Abstract]Objective: To explore the sevoflurane and propofol anesthesia induction period effects on autonomic nervous function.Methods: Line 110 patients undergoing elective surgery patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, each group of 55 cases. Induced give sevoflurane anesthesia group A, group B to give propofol, observe 2 groups of each time period, the change of the blood pressure, heart rate, etc.Results: Immediately after anesthesia induction and intubation group A immediate breathing rate, blood pressure is lower than before anesthesia (P<0.05). Group B immediately after anesthesia induction, immediate intubation, 5 min after intubation breathing rate, blood pressure is lower than before anesthesia, and the level is lower than at the same time period of group A (P<0.05). Immediately after anesthesia in group A, immediate intubation, 5 min after intubation breathing rate are lower than before anesthesia, after anesthesia induction instantly, immediate intubation high frequency and low frequency is lower than before anesthesia (P<0.05); Before and after the anesthesia, anesthesia times high frequency ratio comparison (P>0.05). Group B immediately after anesthesia induction and intubation immediately after high frequency and low frequency is lower than before anesthesia, after anesthesia induction times high frequency ratio are higher than anesthesia (P<0.05).Conclusion: Compared with propofol and sevoflurane anesthesia induction with influence on hemodynamics in patients with small, induction of relatively stable, conducive to the operation smoothly.
