Abstract: [Abstract]Objective： Empirical analysis of influence factors on aged population′s health expenditures in China， in order to provide reference for making health care policy.Methods： Under the background of aging population， from the family perspective， using data from China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study in 2011， Heckman model and two-part models，first analyzed the influence factors of healthcare service choice and the total health expenditure， then analysis of specific influence factors from health expenditure， outpatient expenditure， inpatient expenditure.Results & Conclusion： Age， marital status， education， urban and rural， region， living model， self-rated health conditions， IADL， chronic diseases，examination，income，self-rated living standard，medical insurance were the significant factors.There are difference in aged population′s health expenditures between different living model，region，registered residence.
