Abstract: 【】Objective：To observe the effect of Astragalus Injection in treatment of acute edematous pancreatitis. Method：107 cases of acute pancreatitis were randomly di vided into astragalus injection treatment group and control group, two groups were given c onventional treatment in the Department of internal medicine of acute edematous pancre atitis group,the astragalus injection treatment group was given additional Astragalus Inje ction (astragalus injection daily 20ml injection); the pretreatment and 1 week after treatm ent levels of serum CRP、IL-6、TNF-αand the Balthazar CT score were compared ; the prognosis of 2 weeks after treatment in two groups was compared. Result：after a w eek , the serum CRP of Astragalus injection group decreased significantly compared with the control group (P<0.05), and the symptoms disappeared time was shortened obviously (P<0.05). 2 week after treatment, there were more recovery patients and less markedly improvement patients in astragalus injection treatment group, there was no dead case in two groups, above results were obvious statistically(P<0.05). Conclusion : Astragalus ha s a significant supporting role in the treatment of acute edematous pancreatitis.
