参芪健胃颗粒中芍药苷、橙皮苷和甘草酸铵的含量测定

摘要: 目的:建立参芪健胃颗粒中芍药苷、橙皮苷和甘草酸铵的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,以Agileng Zorbax SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,乙腈-0.1%磷酸为流动相,梯度洗脱;检测波长为237 nm;柱温30 ℃;流速1.0 mL?min-1;进样量10μL。结果:芍药苷、橙皮苷、甘草酸分别在:0.0518~1.035μg(r=0.9999)、0.0492~0.984 μg(r=0.9999)、0.0487~0.974 μg(r=0.9999)范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率(n=6)分别为95.17%、95.30%、102.30%。结论:本方法可用于测定参芪健胃颗粒中芍药苷、橙皮苷、甘草酸铵的含量,专属性高,结果准确,重复性好。

Abstract: Objecetive:To establish a HPLC method to determine the content of paeoniflorin, aurantuamarim, ammonium glycurrhite in shenqi jianwei granules.Methods:The optium HPLC condition was as follows:Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm) column was used with a mobile phase of acetonitrile(A)0.1%phosphoric acid(B). The flow rate was 1.0 mL?min-1. The detection wavelength was 237 nm.And the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results: There were good linearity between 0.0518~1.035 μg(r=0.9999),0.0492~0.984 μg(r=0.9999), 0.0487~0.974 μg(r=0.9999)and the average recoveries were 95.17%, 95.30%,102.30%.Conclusion:The method could detect paeoniflorin, aurantuamarim,ammonium glycurrhite in shenqi jianwei granules.The HPLC measurement was reasonable,stable and accurate.
