摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：建立参芪健胃颗粒中芍药苷、橙皮苷和甘草酸铵的含量测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法，以Agileng Zorbax SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm，5μm)为色谱柱，乙腈-0.1%磷酸为流动相，梯度洗脱；检测波长为237 nm；柱温30 ℃；流速1.0 mL?min-1；进样量10μL。结果：芍药苷、橙皮苷、甘草酸分别在：0.0518～1.035μg（r=0.9999）、0.0492～0.984 μg（r=0.9999）、0.0487～0.974 μg（r=0.9999）范围内，与峰面积呈良好的线性关系；平均回收率（n=6）分别为95.17%、95.30%、102.30%。结论：本方法可用于测定参芪健胃颗粒中芍药苷、橙皮苷、甘草酸铵的含量，专属性高，结果准确，重复性好。

Abstract: Objecetive：To establish a HPLC method to determine the content of paeoniflorin， aurantuamarim， ammonium glycurrhite in shenqi jianwei granules.Methods：The optium HPLC condition was as follows：Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm，5μm) column was used with a mobile phase of acetonitrile(A)0.1％phosphoric acid(B). The flow rate was 1.0 mL?min-1. The detection wavelength was 237 nm.And the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results： There were good linearity between 0.0518～1.035 μg（r=0.9999），0.0492～0.984 μg（r=0.9999）， 0.0487～0.974 μg（r=0.9999）and the average recoveries were 95.17%， 95.30%，102.30%.Conclusion：The method could detect paeoniflorin， aurantuamarim，ammonium glycurrhite in shenqi jianwei granules.The HPLC measurement was reasonable，stable and accurate.
