摘要: 目的:用近红外光谱法(NIR)和一致性检验及聚类分析方法对伤科接骨片进行快速有效的真伪鉴别。方法:以45批伤科接骨片为研究对象,采集其近红外漫反射光谱,以其中40批厂家提供正品成药为标准样品集建立模型,应用一致性检验和聚类分析法,对样品进行鉴别。结果:近红外光谱法能有效鉴别伤科接骨片药品的真伪。结论:近红外漫反射光谱分析法可直接、无损测定固体样品,结合数据处理技术,可以为伤科接骨片及其他中成药鉴别分析提供一种新的方法。

Abstract: Objective: Use of near-infrared spectral(NIR) method and consistency check and clustering analysis method to go fast, shangkejiegu tablet effective identification of authenticity.Methods: With 45 batchs of shangkejiegu tablet as the research object, the collection of near-infrared spectrum, with 40 batch quality goods provided by the manufacturer for standard sample set medicine model, the application of consistency check and clustering analysis, samples of identified.Results: Near-infrared spectroscopy can effectively identify shangkejiegu tablet of authenticity. Conclusion: NIR is direct,non destructive analytical method of samples coupled with information treatment techeiques,NIR provides a new identification methor of proprietary Chinese medicine.
