Abstract: Objective：This article study on the effect of Colla Corii Asini jujube on health function，this kind of Colla Corii Asini jujube contains protein ≥2 g/100 g.Mehtods：The recommended amount： per person(adult body weight)for eating daily 60 g/60 kg.The experiment is divided into high，medium，low dose group (n=10 in each group)，and the high dose 0.6 g，30 g?kg-1 body weight， the medium dose 0.2 g，10 g?kg-1 body weight， and the low dose 0.06 g，3 g?kg-1 body weight， are equivalent to the recommended dose of 30 times，10 times and 3times， respectively.3 doses group were applied to each mice every days via mouth by the method of drinking water.The control group was given normal feed and water，then the examinations of immune indexs were performed after 16 d continuous feeding.Results：The Colla Corii Asini jujube in low dose group can significantly improve the paw swelling degree;the medium and high dose group can significantly improve the splenocytes antibody formation and the phagocytic index of macrophage.3 dosages group could significantly increase the weight of thymus organ.Conclusion：Colla Corii Asini jujube has the function of immune regulation， stimulating both humoral immune function and macrophage phagocytosis function in mice.At the same time， the 3 dosages of Colla Corii Asini jujube have no phenomena of immune suppression.
