摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：建立贞芪扶正颗粒(无糖型)的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。方法：Diamonsil C18（4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm）；Agilent VWD检测器；乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液（梯度洗脱）；流速：1.0 mL?min-1，检测波长210 nm。以毛蕊异黄酮苷、红景天苷和特女贞苷为参照物分析了采购自全国共76批次贞芪扶正颗粒(无糖型)样品，采用计算机辅助相似度评价系统进行评价。结果：贞芪扶正颗粒(无糖型)的HPLC指纹图谱由8个特征峰构成指纹图谱的特征。结论：该方法快速、简便，为横向评价各厂家生产的贞芪扶正颗粒质量提供辅助性参考。

Abstract: Objective：To establish the HPLC fingerprints of commercially available zhen qi fu zheng（suger free type）. Methods： HPLC analysis was carried out with Diamonsil C18（4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm）.The detector was Agilent VWD.The method was developed by gradient elution with acetonitrile and phosphoric acid solution as the mobile phase. 1.0 mL?min-1 rate of flow.Detection wavelength is 210nm.With Calycosin-7-glucoside、Salidroside and Specnuezhenide as the marker，76 batches of commercially available zhen qi fu zheng（suger free type）which purchase from the country were analyzed with computer-aided simmilarity evaluation system.Results：HPLC fingerprints of commercially available zhen qi fu zheng（suger free type）showed 8characteristic peaks. Conclusion：The method is fast， simple and provide a auxiliary reference to lateral evaluating the quality of the drugs produced by the manufacturers.
