摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：通过对药品生产企业以及辐照企业的调查，考查钴-60(60Co)-γ射线辐照情况。方法：对成都地区14家主要中药企业以及4家辐照企业进行现场调研，对药材辐照剂量、时间进行考查。结果：药品辐照剂量比较随意，辐照前后有效成分的变化及安全性方面的研究较少。结论：对药品辐照剂量和时间的控制应作进一步研究。

Abstract: Objective： To investigate the current 60Co-γ radiation status of Chinese medicine factory and irradiation factory. Methods： The survey was conducted on 14 Chinese medicine factory and 4 irradiation factory in Chengdu， the dose and time of irradiation were analyzed.Results： The dose of the irradiation is casual，and the research of different 60Co-γ radiation dose on detection of the effective components and the safety of the drugs were rather limited.Conclusion： It should be a further research for the dose and time of irradiation.
