摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：考察市售香丹注射液中所含降香成分的质量优劣。方法：采用TLC法以降香对照药材作对照，GC指纹图谱、GC-MS法挥发性成分鉴定，对174批香丹注射液中降香挥发性成分进行考察研究。结论：对全国13家企业生产的174批样品检验，综合TLC、GC、GC-MS法检测降香成分结果，有7家企业产品评价为优，2家企业产品评价为一般，另有4家企业产品难以检测到降香成分，评价为差。

Abstract: Objective： To investigate the quality of Dalbergia odorifera in Xiangdan injection commercially available. Methods： The volatile components of Xiangdan injection with 174 different lots were respectively determined by TLC using Dalbergia odorifera standard herbs as the reference， and by GC and GC-MS. Conclusion： Totally 174 lots of injections from 13 enterprises has been investigated in this work. According to the content results of Dalbergia odorifera by TLC， GC and GC-MS， the quality of injections from 7 enterprises were good， 2 enterprise were medium and 4 enterprises were bad.
