Abstract: The dosage of warfarin was confirmed by individual software which considered genotype， age， weight， and height with the development of individualized medicine and Precision Medicine. In order to avoid the abnormal coagulative function index and bleeding adverse reactions caused by excessive warfarin，genetic test before oral warfarin should be considered. medication education for patients，vital control of coagulative function index， and prevention of potential risk of bleeding should be taken into account to improve the patient''s anticoagulant therapy.
