摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：强化住院药房麻醉药品及一类精神药品规范化管理，确保患者安全、正确、有效使用精麻药品，为麻醉药品管理提供经验。方法：利用FMEA法及时发现精麻药品管理与应用中的潜在风险，制定改进措施。结果与结论：通过FMEA法，前瞻性地发现漏洞和隐患，不断完善制度和研究改进措施，切实提高住院药房麻醉及一类精神药品调配、储存和使用中的质量管理。

Abstract: Objective： To ensure the patients use the narcotic and psychotropic drugs of category I safely， correctly and effectively by reinforcement management of these drugs in inpatient pharmacy. The experience should be provided for the management of the anesthetic. Methods： Promptly find the potential risk in the management and application utilizing FMEA and then formulating improvement measures. Results & Conclusion： Utilizing FMEA identifies defects and potential risk in advance. Improve management level of narcotic and the psychotropic drugs of category I during distribution， storage and application in inpatient pharmacy.
