HPLC法同时测定板蓝根颗粒中腺苷和 (R,S)-告依春的含量

Simultaneous Determination of Adenosine and (R,S)-goitrin in Banlangen Granules by HPLC

摘要: 目的:提升板蓝根颗粒的质量标准,增加板蓝根颗粒的质量可控性,并对产品的质量进行初步评价。方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,以腺苷和(R,S)-告依春为指标成分进行定量测定,并对市场上流通的18家企业生产的板蓝根颗粒进行比较分析,考察各产品中腺苷和(R,S)-告依春的含量。结果:腺苷和(R,S)-告依春分别在0.0982~3.9280μg和0.0211~0.8440μg间,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率腺苷为99.3%,RSD=1.6%(n=9),(R,S)-告依春为99.0%,RSD=1.8%(n=9)。不同企业生产的板蓝根颗粒中腺苷和(R,S)-告依春的含量差异很大,对板蓝根颗粒的质量控制势在必行。结论:该方法简便准确,可用于板蓝根颗粒药品的质量评价。

Abstract: Objective: To improve quality standard for banlangen granules,increase the controllable of the quality in banlangen granules,andevaluate the quality of the products. Methods: Method with adenosine and (R,S)-goitrin as the index,the content of the two component in the preparation was determined by HPLC. And to circulate on the market 18 companies comparative analisis of banlangen granules,examined the content of adenosine and (R,S)-goitrin in the products. Results: The calibration curve of adenosine was linear range of 0.0982~3.9280 μg(r=0.9999),the average recovery was 99.3%(RSD=1.07%,n=9). The calibration curve of (R,S)-goitrin was linear range of 0.0211~0.8440μg(r=0.9999), the average recovery was 99.0%(RSD=1.8%,n=9). Different enterprise production of banlangen granules content of adenosine and (R,S)-goitrin in difference is very big,to control the quality of banlangen granules is imperative. Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate, and was proved by methodology validation that it can provide a reference for the quality of banlangen granules
