摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定6种40批次中药注射液中Pb、Cd、As、Hg、Cu 5种重金属的含量,评价重金属在中药注射液中的残留量。方法：As、Cu以Ge作为内标,Hg、Pb以Bi作为内标,Cd以In为内标,采用ICP-MS法同时测定该5种元素,对测定结果进行分析。结果：对于所测元素,校准曲线的相关系数r均大于0.999,6种40批次中药注射液的Pb、Cd、As、Hg、Cu 5种重金属的含量均在限度范围内。结论：所测中药注射液重金属安全性良好。

Abstract: Objective:Usinginductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) methoddeterminated 5 kinds of heavy metal content aboutPb, Cd,As , Hg, Cu in 40 batches from 6 kinds of traditional chinese medicine injections,evaluating comprehensively heavy metal residues. Methods: As, Cu with Ge as an internal standard, Hg, Pb with Bi as an internal standard, Cd with In as an internal standard, using icp-ms method determinated five elements,and the contents detected by it were statistically analyzed. Results:About the measured elements, correlation coefficient r of the calibration curve were greater than 0.999, 5 kinds of heavy metal content about As, Cd, Pb, Hg, Cu in 40 batches from 6 kinds of traditional chinese medicine injections are under limitation.Conclusion:Security of traditional chinese medicine injectionsaboutheavy metal contentdetected by this time is good.
