Abstract: To compare the effects of different doses of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor on wound healing. Methods: 90 patients were selected to County People''s Hospital of Dancheng from October 2014 to October 2016 during the period of wound treatment, were randomly divided into A group, B group, C group, which were treated by 75Au/cm2, 150Au/cm2, 300Au/cm2 concentration, and then each group was divided into three groups, respectively, using the method of 1 times daily, 3 times a day 1 times a day with moisturizing method treatment, compared the therapeutic effect. Results: the method of using the same, with the daily dosage increasing, the wound healing time was significantly shortened trend (P<0.05); the same dose, 3 times a day and 1 times a day with moisturizing the wound healing time was shorter than 1 times daily (P<0.05). Conclusion: the dose of medication and wound healing time, dosage of greater wound healing faster, and better each time 3 times, 1 times a day and 1 times a day than the moisturizing effect, from the economic point of view recommended 1 times with moistening.
