Abstract: Objective：To strengthen the clinical use management of special use class antibacterial drugs ,to test the effect of the management of Antibiotics for Special Use,and to promote their rational use in clinic.Methods：Extract 400 cases using special use level of antimicrobial drug with clinical pharmacists partipating for consultation during 2013.4 -2014.4, and statistical analysis was carried out. Results：Of 400 cases of special use level of antimicrobial drug consultation, 181 cases of respiratory (45.25%), gynecology, obstetrics and ophthalmology at least. Diagnosis of lung infection, up to121 cases, accounting for 30.25%. Antimicrobial drug use: a 330 cases, accounting for 82.5%, two kinds of 49 cases, accounted for 12.25%, three in 23 cases, accounting for 5.75%. Special microorganism inspection before use of antimicrobial agents use rate was 94%. Conclusion：In the 400 cases with clinical pharmacists participating in the consultation, the uses of the special use class antimicrobial agents are rational.
