摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的分析住院患者退药原因,提出相应解决对策。方法对 2014年1月~2014年12月我院住院药房退药原因进行统计,采用帕累托图和层次分析法分析退药原因。结果退药原因影响：患者因素>医护因素>药房因素>药品因素,其中患者因素权重0.5265,医护因素为0.3077,各因素之间并非彼此独立,存在相互间交互影响。结论加强退药管理,强化医师的责任意识,加强医患沟通,完善药物信息系统,规范退药程序,有效控制退药,保证临床用药安全。

Abstract: [Abstract] Objective:To investigate the mistakes in the hospital pharmacy, and propose the appropriate measuresnto reduce drug withdrawal. Methods:The drug repercussion data in hospital pharmacy from Jan 2014 to Sept 2014. The Pareto Diagram and Analytic Hierarchy Process were used to analyze the mine reasons. Results: The order of factor for drug repercussion was patient > physician > pharmacy > drug. The weight of patient factor was 0.4034, and the weight of physician factor was 0.3732. The factors are not independent of each other, there is interaction between each other. Conclusion:Strengthen the management of drug withdrawal, strengthen the doctor-patient communication, enhance service awareness; and focus on perfecting information system; to regulate drug withdrawal program，in order to guarantee the drug use safety．
