Abstract: [Abstract] Objective：To investigate the effect of Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid (Only for children) combined with ribavirin in the treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease. Methods： Forty-nine children with hand, foot and mouth disease who were treated in our hospital from June 2015 to October 2016 were divided into two groups according to the treatment group, the study group and the control group. The control group was treated with the control group. Riboflavin treatment group, the study group with Shuanghuanglian oral solution (Only for children) combined with ribavirin treatment, comparative analysis of two groups of clinical efficacy, fever, rash, oral herpes and other clinical symptoms disappear and hospital stay. Results： The total effective rate (93.33%) in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (80.00%), the difference was significant (P <0.05). The incidence of fever, rash and mouth ulcer disappeared and hospital stay was significantly less than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion： The combination of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid (Only for children) combined with ribavirin in children with hand, foot and mouth disease is effective, which can improve the clinical symptoms and shorten the course of disease. The clinical value is high.
