摘要： 目的:探讨复方苦参注射液在肿瘤科临床使用的合理性评价。方法: 以2015年1～l2月肿瘤科使用复方苦参注射液的住院患者为研究对象，通过药品说明书推荐及药物利用研究，探讨复方苦参注射剂临床使用合理性评价研究模式。结果:该医院2015年复方苦参注射液临床使用西医辨病(39.89%)，合理性百分率偏低，给药剂量、溶媒选择、溶媒剂量、给药浓度、给药频次和给药方法的合理率均超过98%；药物利用研究提示复方苦参注射液平均用药频度(aDDDs/aDDCs)和药物利用指数(dDUI/cDUI)均不高(aDDDs/aDDCs=7.37/5.92，dDUI/cDUI=1.19/0.95)；研究中发现1例复方苦参注射液引起的不良反应。结论: 应加强复方苦参注射液临床监测工作，为临床用药提供参考。

Abstract: Objective：To explore the method of research on the rationality of Fufangkushen injections in oncology department．Methods：In this study，patients who used fufangkushen injections in oncology department during 2015 as research objects，were evaluated by instructions recommendation and drug utilization research (DUR)．Results：There was poor rationality and safety，such as in aspects of the disease differentiation of western medicine (39.89%)，but in aspects of administration dose and concentration, solvent selection and volume, frequency and route of administration, there were high rationalities(more than 98%)．The study of drug utilization indicated that the average DDDs (aDDDs/aDDCs) and drug utilization index (dDUI/cDUI) of fufangkushen injection were not high (aDDDs/aDDCs=7.37/5.92，dDUI/cDUI=1.19/0.95)．Only one case about Fufangkeshen injections was reported in hospital during 2015. Conclusion：Clinical monitoring on fufangkushen injection use should be strengthened，especially on disease differentiation of western medicine should be avoided．
