摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：调查某院单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂（GM1）钠注射液使用情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：回顾性调查某院2016年1～12月所有使用GM1钠注射液的住院病例1209份，对其用药目的、用法用量、疗程、联合用药、不良反应等进行统计分析。结果：该院GM1钠注射液存在超药品说明书用药情况，其中非说明书适应证占12.41%，超剂量用药占16.29%，超疗程占1.32%；存在重复用药和无适应证用药情况，药品不良反应发生率为1.24%，主要为皮疹等。结论：GM1钠注射液临床存在不合理应用情况，应加强其规范使用的管理。

Abstract: Objective:To survey usage of monosialotetrahexosylganglioside（GM1） sodium injection in the hospital, provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods:By means of investigating retrospectivly 1209 cases using monosialotetrahexosylganglioside sodium injection in the hospital from January 2016 to December 2016,the purpose,usage and dosage,course of treatment,combination and adverse drug reaction were analyzed statistically. Results:Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside sodium injection in the hospital existed off-label drug use. Among them, non-indicated accountted for 12.41%,over-dose accountted for 16.29%,and over-long course accountted for1.32%;there were repeat medication and non-indicated; the incidence of adverse drug reactions was 1.24%,mainly rash,etc.Conclusion: GM1 sodium injection existed unreasonable application.We should strengthen the management of its specification.
